New build, need expert overview.

Hello Tomshardware user's I'm a second time builder and have a build configured that uses every last penny in my budget, my previous build was an i5 3570k build, and this second build will be a little toned down but will suit my amateur video editing / encoding needs, I am a gamer but rarely game on my PC b/c my friends are on the xbox. Here's the build i had in mind that uses pretty much every last penny in my budget. Im an above average experienced builder but also a PC building n00b. Any comments about an opinion or mistake in my build are greatly appreciated, here's my build ! Ill be ordering tomorrow so please comment ASAP !

Oh yeah Ill be recycling an old ATA 160gig HDD for extra space and an old ATA DVD drive, main reason im getting that perticular MOBO.

What;s your max budget? A video editing PC requires too much power of a CPU so you need at least FX 8350 with a decent mobo and decent PSU.

Yeah not that serious of video editing, just basic video and photo creation with sony vegas pro for videos for my youtube channel.

Also my recamend is Buy "TRANSCEND" ram .reason other manufacturers give only 1year warenty but transcend give "lifetime warenty" so no need to warry about problems. Then cost "no more dealer and distributer " because anyone can "buy directly in TRANSCEND.COM" so cost lower then other.
