AMD saphire Radeon 5450

today i assambled my desktop:

i5-3570k
ASRock z77 pro 3
Saphire Radeon HD 5450

but after installing windows 7 ultimate (64 bit) and motherboard drivers still it seems my graphics drivers are not yet installed (during motherboard driver installation i selected install all drivers)..
During installing drivers VIRTU UNIVERSAL MVP (i don't know what does it mean) was not installed properly.

i have connected my sony bravia 54" with the desktop and using graphic card VGA output to connect it.
now i'm trying to install the drivers for graphic card but i'm not able to install it.
each time i try system stops responding.

what should i do?
