Hello, i am looking to build a new rig in the near future. I recently sold my old rig a few months ago to help pay for school and would like to build a new rig on a budget so i can play games when i have free time when im not studying. my old pc had a 2500k, hd 6870. i would like to build a quad core gaming machine that has similar specs if possible.

Approximate Purchase Date:By end of Jan 2013

Budget Range: 400-600$ Before Rebates; After Shipping

System Usage : Gaming. L.A Noire, GTA IV, SKYRIM, Metro 2033, Test Drive, Simulator Games, Dirt 3. Would like to be able to play all games on 1080p with mid to high details.

Are you buying a monitor:No

Parts to Upgrade: GPU,MOBO,PSU,RAM,CPU,Case

Do you need to buy OS: No

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Amazon.com, Newegg.com, BestBuy.com or where ever has the best deals.

Additional Comments:From recent builds i have two 1tb hdds, one 64gb ssd, blu ray drive, h100 cooler and OS. Will buy open box, refurbished or used if its a better deal than buying something new.

Thanks.

Both mobo and ram are out of stock in amazon for now, but it will be back soon.
Since you have a h100, you're better of with the i5-3570k+z77 mobo, the h100 fits the bitfenix case.
