$1600 New Build: Input needed!

I will be buying my gaming pc sometime this week. I prefer newegg and amazon.

My budget is 1600, but I can go over it a little bit if needed.

Well here's my build; please look over it and tell me if there's incompatibilities or better changes.

I'm planning on purchasing the cpu from my local microcenter which is at a lower price.

That looks like an excellent build. The only thing I'd really change is the RAM. Get the low profile Ares RAM instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231542

Yeah I was actually debating whether to get high profile ram since I might change the cpu cooler later on.

Is there a big difference between the DDR3 1333 vs 1600?

There really isn't much of a difference though - you won't really notice it.
