Upgrading the main guts of my computer

So after lots of research and reading reviews and such I have come up with a list of parts for overhauling my old comp. I'm upgrading the CPU, GPU, Motherboard, RAM, and OS. For the OS I am still undecided, but most likely it will be Windows 8.

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116504
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202004
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231468

I also am thinking of getting a new CPU fan, any suggestions for a good one around 30-40 bucks?

Any suggestions?

All right thanks a lot :)

So the rest looks nice? Nothing that's a terrible part or anything?
