First chance at building a gaming computer for about $1000 Tags: New Build Computer Systems Last response: December 26, 2012 8:47 PM in Systems Share ac87 December 26, 2012 12:53:29 PM Here's my first attempt at building a new computer to hopefully last me a few years with games but at least be able to play the games currently at decent settings. (Far Cry 3, Skyrim) I was hoping to be around $1000, but my current build is a little higher. If you guys could let me know if the prices are okay, everything will fit together, and any changes to make things a little cheaper or improve things please let me know! Any help would be appreciated! Then get a cheaper air cooler. Also, get a 7970. Can't find your answer ? Ask !
