Hello,my screen goes blackwhen i connect my charger but it runs fine on battery power.What may be the cause of this?

It could be that your laptop is going into a power savings scheme. Go to your power settings. Click on CHANGE PLAN SETTINGS> and there will be a option when it goes to sleep. Some laptops will put them selves to sleep when plugging in power for a limited amount of time then power back on when the battery is charged at a certain %. If that doesnt work it could be a problem with the LCD inverter.
