this will leave room for optional
OS
SSD

8350 and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD5 is beast for overclocking
sapphire 7950 has the higher clock around, you might want to consider 7970 for 350

just my 0.02 someone can improve this build

This is pretty much the best you can build for that price.

Note that i did not include a CPU cooler because since the FX 8320 and FX 8350 are the same chips, you can overclock the FX 8320 to 4GHZ easily using the stock cooler.

I wouldn't recommend the gigabyte if your into overclocking

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131877

its a $10 difference if you don't use the mail-in rebate (or if they don't give it to you). $5 is in the shipping for gigabyte.

My experience: gigabyte is simple user friendly, max oc on my chip was 4.4 ghz
Asus was a bit more complex in the bios but infinitely more options. same chip, 4.7 ghz.

also do not get windows 8. its designed for touch screens.
