I have a kind of old dell optiplex gx280 small mini-tower i was wondering what graphics card would be best? I was thinking maybe a nvidia geforce gt 440 but im not sure what to choose. im also on a budget ($0-70). im not looking for a crysis 4 kind of experience, more like warZ or counter strike source on medium/low.

-pentium 4 3.20 ghz (2 cpu's)
-1.5 gb ram (going to upgrade ram also, maybe to 3 or 4 gb)
-windows xp 32 bit

For < $70, you're going to have a hard time getting much of a graphics card. I would recommend you allocate up to $100. Then you can get a Radeon HD 7750 and you will have a lot better performance.
