Should i get the 560 or....

its around 150 with the rebate, so is there any other card that out competes this and is still around my budget(150-180)
specs, windows 7
x4 phenom 965be
8gb ram
650 watt psu
anyone?

    It will not max battlefield 3 at 1920x1080. You'll be stuck with high settings. You should go with HD 7850 instead, it will not max the game either, but it's faster and costs practically the same.

  2. I would definitely recommend the 7850, as its MUCH quicker and costs about the same price.

    And Sunius, after taking a computer science class in school, I actually somewhat understand that picture! But not completely.
  3. Yup, 7850 is within that price range and a decent card with relatively decent OCing capabilities if you're still stuck for performance.

    It's a silly mistake I made which made me spend about 3 hours trying to find it: when I assigned 1.41 to an integer, it gets trunctated to 1, and my calculations stop being correct...

    Omg, I can see the error LOL! I wouldn't have caught it either though.
