Final check over needed, advice or incompatibilities??

Hi guys,

I'm nearly ready to order all the parts for my new and first decent gaming build But as it's been quite a few years since I built a rig I would really like a few more pairs of eyes to thoroughly check this over for incompatibilities or anything I may have over looked.
I haven't fully decided on a mouse & KB and the monitor yet but I have list a couple I'd considered but I am completely open to suggestions???
It's main use will be gaming and lots of movies, and I would like to do a bit of mild OC'ing.

Oh ok, I thought the thermal compound that comes pre-applied would be cheap rubbish, but ok that's good to know thanks for that.
Regarding these monitors, can you actually see any difference between them??? I've Googled, searched forums and review sites everywhere and nobody seems to have a comparison between them.
Also may I ask if you have any suggestions for a good Mouse & KB???

The paste in the 212 Evo kit isn't preapplied. Comes in a little tube that you apply yourself IIRC.

Yeah a mech KB is what I wanted. And funny enough I was kinda set on the Corsair K60 until I read reviews from buys saying not all keys are mech, the wrist support is uncomfortable and hard to remove. Plus thinking about it, I mostly play late in the evening with all lights off so a backlit KB would be better for me.
