this :
HSF: Antec Kuhler H20 620 <- mainstream air cooler 212 evo will be enough for OC, liquid cooling is both expensive and noisy
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2x8GB) <- LP cost more for no performance gain
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB <- black costs few dollars more, get any 7200RPM blue or seagate

MON: Asus VE208T 20" LED <--- i believe you might want asus 23" IPS panel, it cost 200ish
