New PC Not Powering On

hello all! i just attempted to assemble my new computer today after finally getting all the parts (i'll post my specs at the bottom). when i try to power it up, none of the case lights come on and the pc remains off. However, the fans on the GPU twitch and that is pretty much the only sign of life i'm getting out of it. Any and all help is appreciated, i spent a lot on this pc and i want it to work as soon as possible.

More about powering
  1. It sounds like you didn't plug in the power switch correctly. Try turning it on by shortinh the power switch with a screw driver.
