2 hdd and windows 7 automatic updates

Hi. I have two hdd's in my system. I have loaded windows 7 on one of them which is my primary hdd (250gb velociraptor wd). Now, i want everything else (apps, pics, music, etc) to be on the secondary hdd which is 2tb. I want just windows on the primary which is 250gb.

I want to tell my computer that when it does perform automatic updates for windows and windows' apps, to save them only on the primary, and every other update on the secondary (such as flash update, adobe update, antivirus update, gpu update, etc).

How do i do that?

The windows updates will save to the primary drive. Any other non windows integrated app, ie Adobe, etc, will save updates to the installation directory for that app. I wouldn't worry about it.
