Do I have enough juice?

I want to overclock my FX 8150 to 4.5+ GHZ. I need to know if my 750W power supply has enough juice to power all my stuff or if i need to upgrade to 100W.

Here's all my system specs.

AMD FX-8150 CPU
24 GB Gskill Ripjaw X RAM
MSI 990FXA-GD80 Motherboard
EVGA GTX 680 GPU
Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler
Seagate Barracuda 1TB hard drive
Antec Nine Hundred Case with 3 fans on high, 1 on medium
My Mouse and Keyboard (Deathadder 2013 and Lycosa Mirror)
PSU: PC Power and Cooling 750W Silencer MK II

Do you mean a 1000w? And no I don't think you need to upgrade the PSU because I extremely doubt that OC-ing will make that much of a difference. Again I am not sure since I just joined and I'm only 13.

And even if you do want to upgrade just upgrade to 850 watts

A 750W PCP&C will run that system just fine. I have an older 750W silencer and it runs my rig just fine with everything OCed. They can handle quite a bit. It would probably run (2) 680's.
