I am looking for a mid-tower case with a good 300W Power supply and a removeable MB tray - I have been recommended Antec, Addtronis, or Inwin as possible good brands. I am looking to buy the case online. Any suggestions?

You can get the Enermax FS-710. The case is the same as Antec 1030 but it have an Enermax EG351P PSU intead of Antec PSU.

I use and love Antec cases. They're rock solid and high quality, and not badly priced at all.

where oh where have all the intel's gone?

Ask 100 people here and probably 80-90 of them will say Lian Li and the rest will say Antec. Both are good but if your on a budget I would go with Antec. I personally prefer Lian Li but is very pricey.
