Help buying new gaming pc

Hi guys

Need a little help from the experts at the forum. Im going to buy at new gaming pc and im aiming for the high end. Hope you guys will check out the system i have selected for now and tell me what you think about it. Is it balanced? where is it strong and where do you see weakness? Is it cost effective? If you can come up with a better selection of hardware in the same price range or cheaper ill gladly take advice :)

Additional Comments: I would like a quiet and fast pc that i wont have to upgrade in the coming years. Primary for gaming.

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I have had my Pc for 5 years and it doesnt perform well anymore.

for me i'm gonna change the vc to a 7970 , the 690 is kinda over kill for me regarding price\performance ratio
