What graphics card will work?

I bought this pc some time ago, and i love to play games. But the video card is not the best to play on. The pc i got it a Acer AX1420G-U5832 desktop, specs are here Is there any suggested upgrades for the video card, or what would i ahve to do im not the best with this kind of stuff

Well it comes with 220w PSU, which doesn't leave you much room to upgrade. Also it's small form factor so you have to get a SFF GPU.
