■ram

This is what i have at the moment. please give Truthly reviews and suggestions, i would be very grateful! I will need it for, light gaming, mulitasking, html/php and java scripting, browsing the web, adobe programs, music, ect.

cpu: amd piledriver fx 6300 - £107.99
motherboard: ASRock 970 Extreme3 - £64.99
psu: Novatech PowerStation Gaming 500W Silent ATX2 Modular Power Supply - £44.99
case:Zalman Z11 - £51.98
ram: G.Skill RipjawsX 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £36.98

Thanks

It does: AM3+ FX FD6300WMW6KHK 95W Piledriver 3500MHz 2000MHz 2MBx3 8MB C0 P1.60

Notice the P1.60. It's the required BIOS version (released in May 2012). If the board was manufactured after May 2012, it will support the CPU. If not, a BIOS update is needed.

It's 2 pounds more, also the i5 prices on that shop are overpriced.
