How far can I go?

I have an AMD fx-6300 and a coolermaster hyper 212+ air cooler (all in a coolermaster HAF 922). How far can I go with an overclock? Stock is at 3.5 GHz and the turbo goes to 4.1 So I figured I can at least go to 4.0 stable.

4.5 should be safe, I know the 8350 has gone past 5 Ghz no prob.

That's what some other people had said on another forum I asked. I was worried about temps/voltage. Will it be safe?
