Is this a good laptop for gaming?

I currently have a tight budget, I am wondering if this would do for playing games like league of legends, diablo 3, starcraft 2. At about 50-60fps at low/medium graphics.

If anything, the second link is also an option I am pretty sure that it will do the job too, but if I can save a couple hundred dollars extra I'm all for it.

I am currently in the states but I do reside in Canada. I am not looking to build my own system and would prefer a pre-built from somewhere where having the ability to refund is always an option.

I am looking to buy this in the next couple of days.
