So My buddy came to me last night with a question I was not sure how to answer.
He has a water cool set up I made him last year a I7 920 oc to 4ghz with a gtx 580 1.5 gig oc to 850 also water cooled.
His question was it cost $300 for both gtx670 and a second gtx580 + another $100 for a gpu block. Should I tell him to grab SLI with 2 580's or should he spring for the 670. Both would give him a fps boost and both cost the same amount no issue with extra heat on his water cooling loop.
hes only using one monitor and its ruing at 60hz, he has 32 gigs of ram, 1000 wat power supply, hes currently using 500wats.
