Advice Needed.

I am getting this message on the bottom of the compatibility notes this is the message:
"ASRock H77M Micro ATX LGA1155 Motherboard has an onboard USB 3.0 header, but the Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case does not have front panel USB 3.0 ports."

Only need to know if this will actually matter when I am building the PC.

What it means is that you won't be able to use the USB 3.0 header since your case doesn't support one. It will work but if it up to you if you don't need a USB 3.0 port in your casing.

You will have USB 3.0 this way or another. You will have those on the back. Front side will support only 2.0. Actually you can buy for no money extender that will give you these additional ports on the back taking from you one case slot.
