IP,Subnet masks

Hi!
I have a question I hope you can help me .

You have 3 VM's with different IP's - you shouldn't change their IP!
You need to configure 3 network cards Host-Only communication between the computer and the VM.
You need to configure the IP addresses of the virtual network cards so you can ping from your computer to each VM.

Vm1: 192.168.0.1
SM1: 192.168.255.252

VM2: 192.168.0.8
SM2: 192.168.255.240

VM3: 192.168.0.16
SM3: 192.168.255.192

How do I solve it?

Change the SMs to 255.255.255.224 to achieve 3 different networks. Then configure each NIC to use a valid IP address within its subnet and assign a valid default gateway for that environment.

Probably because using a mask of 192.168.255.x doesn't make sense in a corporate environment.
