I can print from my computer to the printer/scanner. But it won't scan, says no
I have a new Dell wireless desktop. I have a HP Photosmart Printer. I can print from my computer to the printer. But it won't scan. It says no scanner is detected. How do I enable the scanner part of my printer? Plus I have Windows 7 which I haven't seen before. I've been using Vista. On windows 7 where do I find what has been scanned? What file does it go to???

May be you have installed Driver for Printer only and not for scanner.
Yes I went throught the steps to install the driver for the scanner.
