Ran FurMark, screen froze

I ran FurMark because I am having problems with my current graphics and the screen froze at 77 C w/ 98% GPU usage. After a hard reset because nothing was responding, my screen would hang after the windows logo - not even a cursor would appear, nor did I hear the windows startup sound.

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Graphics Card: AMD Mobility HD Radeon 5730

I've already tried updating drivers, it didn't work.

Might it be time to get a new graphics card?

You can't get a new one. It's built into the laptop. furmark has all kinds of warning labels all over it and I can't think of any situation where it should ever be used on a laptop. Most likely you destroyed your laptop
