That looks good but with a few suggestions:

2. The Radeon 7950 is better than the 660TI is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

3. Better RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The Rosewill Challenger is an OK case - I'd personally go for something like a HAF 912, Corsair 200R, or NZXT Source 210 instead.
