Mobo and cpu opinions

looking to build my first rig so i could use some feedback on what to get. trying to keep it under $700(already have a monitor). will be used for gaming.

would also like some feedback on a good video card for around $100

  1. Could save a bit of money and buy a msi g45 mobo and use the money saved on a better graphics card
  2. i am open to spending more money on the video card, i am just looking for suggestions. but i do appreciate the suggestion.
