i will assume you are to overclock, but not do SLI in the future.

-used a extreme6 board instead of the extreme4. 10 bucks more so why not?
-used a better heatsink. a lot better heatsink.
-hard drive is much cheaper elsewhere
-used a WD drive instead. more warranty
-included a SSD
-better and cheaper case
-much better keyboard

little larger power supply for less money and still as good as the one you picked out.
i drop the 680 down to the 670 and use the savings for a ssd. the 670 is only slightly slower then the 680.

if you want a cheaper CPU cooler, the havik 140 is a pretty good alternative to the D14. just the fan mounting isnt as good as the noctua
