Need Feedback for New Build

I have a PC for gaming that I built about 6-7 years ago that just isn't cutting it anymore, and I'm looking to build a new rig. Here's what I have so far:

It's been a while since I've done any building, and I would really like to get some feedback (i.e. compatibility, what kind of performance I can expect, how much overclock will I be able to get out of it). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
