Well I feel like i need to upgrade something, I am stuck on what to purchase though. I have done a little research and its down to 3 items

1. ARCTIC COOLING ACCEL-X3 Fluid Dynamic VGA Cooler
I thought about getting the cooler and overclocking the poweracolor 7870 that i have.

2. Purchase another powercolor 7870 and run a crossfire setup, Mostly to get better benchmarks. (I could not find any really clear details about running a X16,X4 Setup

3. Purchase a new CPU possibly the amd 8350.

AMD FX-4170 4.20 stock clock Overclock anywhere from 4.3 to 4.7 usually
64GB SANDISK SSD operating system
1TB SATA III
GSKILL 16GB DDR3 16000MHZ
ASETEK 510LC 120MM WATERCOOLER with push/pull setup
COOLERMASTER ELITE 431 case
GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3 motherboard
CORSAIR CMPSU-850TX V2 POWER SUPPLY
AMD RADEON 7870 2GB DDR5 PCI-E 3.0
WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM SP1 64-BIT

For RAM your good, for the GPU you are good for the time being. PSU is a bit overkill to be honest and you are running the OS off an SSD, so thats all good.
Only weak link is your low end processor.
