Cheapest possible gaming build?

Hey guys! I just need help with a basic overview of how to build the best yet cheapest gaming build possible!

I'm trying to keep this as cheap, but stable as possible, within a 400 budget.

I'm looking to use it for some gaming and art projects.(Skyrim, Mass Effect, Photoshop)

My knowledge of minimal builds is not very large.

Hmm, I'd go with an AMD A10, and the fastest RAM your motherboard supports.

That way you don't have to get a graphics card. (The A10 with speedy RAM is surprisingly capable - AMD's combined GPU-CPU tech isn't perfect yet, but still bloody impressive.)
