Which of these computers are better?

So first let me tell you what I use the computer for:
Video editing: basic windows movie maker editing not too much...
Games: mainly playing the old gameboy color games to relive my childhood
Watch movies: heavy movie watcher. ALWAYS watching a movie or listening to Youtube
Basic internet browsing: facebook, craigslist, yahoo answers, gmail, etc.

So I'm getting both of these computers for sure, but one I'm keeping for myself and the other I'm giving to my parents. Because I'm buying them, I'm choosing which one is better. And it's only between these two, as I'm buying them off my uncle who works at a computer shop.

First one:
Windows 7
2.8ghz AMD Quad Core 925 Phenom Processor
8gb DDR3 G.skill ram
500gb Harddrive
XFX HD 4670 video card

Second one:
Windows 8
AMD FX-8320 Vishera 3.5GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core
16gb ram
150gb SATA hard drive
Nvidia - Quadro4 980xgl

give the windows 8 one to your parents as they may like the ease of use better (sorry i dont know how old they are) bothe these computers seem to have random parts. for instance i would say you should keep the amd fx, but then again that one has windows 8 on it. either one would work for either you or your parents because they boh far exceed your needs in some ways. i stand by me original decision.
