Powercolor graphics card feedback?

I noticed that powercolor brands are always cheapest compared to msi, xfx, sapphire and asus. Does it mean that it has low quality components? If you have any experience good or bad please post them here. I am thinking of buying a powercolor video card but very skeptical about it.

I have exactly the same question in mind.. I hope someone can enlighten us or share their experiences regarding this

Used quite a few Mid and lowend power color branded GPU's and never had a problem, Haven't used a top end Powercolor for a while though.
