Case fan connector problem

i was building my computer with the Nzxt Phantom case and i came across this pin, i dont know where to connect this. I booted up the pc and i noticed the fans for the case started but the Led did not turn on. any help would be nice

it is probably power for your fans leds.you can buy an adapter from molex to this type here:
