Plastic cap over connector pin

I purchased an Asus HD 7770 graphic card. It has a plastic cap over the connector pin that is used for Crossfire. Since I don't intend to Crossfire, should I keep the plastic cap on or remove it?

Just leave it on. It protects the connector. Not a problem at all.
