New System Problem

Hello,

I am having troubles with the new system I put together. I have disconnected the mouse, keyboard, hard drive, and dvd drive. I have also tested different memory and video cards. The same issue keeps happening though.

I press the button to turn on the power and the PSU turns on and all the fans including the CPU and video card fans work correctly. However, the motherboard makes no beeps or gives any sign that POST is occuring. The monitor goes into sleep mode immediately. Pressing the power button on the front of the case does not turn off the machine either.

I am not sure what the issue is. If I did something wrong or if some part is broken.

i would send v card and motherboard RMA unless you have a freinds computer you can test them in.
