Hello guys, I have been gaming for many years (mostly World of Warcraft) using an eMachines ET1331g-07W with a nvidia geforce 210. Now that I'm looking into newer games I definitely need to upgrade. Does anyone have some advice on building a good gaming system on a $800 - $1000 budget? I also have a GTX 460 that a friend gave me as a gift. (not using it atm due to my terrible power supply.)

Thanks in advance for any advice!

This will play any game on high-ultra settings. It can be overclocked and is really fast. Pretty sure it get 60-80 FPS on ultra settings for skyrim.

EDIT: This is toms hardware review on the 7870 NON GHZ EDITION http://media.bestofmicro.com/Q/N/328847/original/Skyrim%201920.png , the GHz will have 5 more FPS so its areound 80 FPS on ultra settings for skyrim
