So, I was having a look at the 660's and 660Ti's, I found a 660 for 166 pounds ( http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-msi-gtx-660-twin-fro...(x16)-6008mhz-gddr5-gpu-1033mhz-boost-1098mhz-cores-9 ) and a 660ti for 207 pounds ( http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-pov-tgt-gtx-660-ti-p...(x16)-6008mhz-gddr5-gpu-915mhz-boost-980mhz-co ). So, is there a huge diference in performance? Should I go for the 660ti for single screen gaming at 1080p, playing games like battlefield 3, need for speed the run, crysis, crysis 2, black ops, just cause 2, skyrim etc... Will the 660 be enough for my needs? Or should I go for the 660Ti?

PC Specs :

Motherboard : Gigabyte MA770T-UD3
RAM : Kingston 4GB DDR3 1333mhz
CPU : AMD Phenom II X4 955 @ 3.20Ghz
PSU : 500W Corsair Builder Series
GPU : ATI Radeon HD 6670 ( Going to 660 or 660ti )

Thankyou:)

I think you should go with the GTX 660.

It's smaller and only needs one 6-pin connecter!

Performance wise there is a difference in some games, but both Card can run almost anything you throw at them at highest settings atm.

If you bought the cheaper Card, then you could add another 4 GB of ram also. :)

I'm with lostgamer_03 on this. On average you're looking at a little under a 10% framerate gain, not really worth the extra. Both excellent deals though and you won't regret either purchase.
