A guy on craigslist is selling a computer with the following specs for $1200. I was looking at making a similar build myself for around the same price. Is this something I should jump on?

I think he's overpriced and would recommend you build your own. My only recommendations for consideration would be to increase SSD to 128GB and substitute Corsair Ram for the Ripjaw.
