Power supply

Hello,
I am wanting to put into my laptop a newer graphics card because I want to run Black Ops II and similar games. I also need to know my power supply for my laptop. My Pc specs are:
Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000
Intel Core i5-2430M CPU @ 2.4Ghz

you cannot upgrade laptop graphics, you will need to buy a laptop with dedicated graphics.
