New build for roughly $300

My boss asked me to build a PC for his wife. She said she didn't want it to be over $300. I told her that would be tough but I would try. She supposedly only uses it for editing photos she takes as well as facebook. How does this build look?

Trust me, it may cost $15 more, but it's worth it.
