Thank you I was thinking about upgrading psu and hard drive. But i asked around and they said they were fine. IT cost me about... 105 for CPU and Video card 57$ for mobo 17$ for PSU Hard drive and DVD drive were free case was 40$ ram was 20 so about 325$

and I saved 125$ to buy a new 1080p monitor any suggestions ?

I'd double the memory at least but as I look up the specs I see that the mobo requires a 64bit OS if you intend to install more than 4gb of ram. I also notice that your hard drive isn't terrbly large by modern standards so I'd get another one perhaps a small ssd say 60gb or so and make it your boot drive. Overall I'd give the built a 5/10 pretty good for working on a budget.

yeah i read somewhere that having alot of ram isn't necessary 4bg is plenty also I'm gonna get a 500gb hard drive soon I think. But I have an Acer X193w+ monitor should I use it or buy a new 1080p monitor??? that's my big question.
