System Usage from Most to Least Important: I will mainly be doing music production with Fl Studio and gaming. Also I will be doing a tad bit of video processing with Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects.

Are you buying a monitor: Yes , but thats a separate budget from the $700.

Indeed, some of the deals are gone pretty fast(even in two or three days), it's hard to recommend anything now, except the cpu.
