What should I ask for?

Dunno if this is the correct place to ask but just move this if needed.

My current build is this:

Mother board - M4A89GTD PRO USB3
CPU - 1090T AMD BLACK 3.2ghz - OC to 3.8ghz
RAM - Corsair Vengence series 1600mhz 8gb
PSU - 750w Stealth Quiet 2 Corsair
GPU - GIGABYTE GTX 670 OC
SSD - Vertx 4 128gb
HDD - 1tb Segate
CPU COOLER - Hyper 212+

I want to sell just the RAM, CPU and Motherboard to a friend. I plan on buying a z77 mobo and a 3570 and keeping my PSU SSD HDD and PSU. I don't know what kind of price to ask for. I paid a lot but that was when it was brand new. It's still in mint shape the CPU has been OC but with a hyper 212+ that I also plan to sell with the CPU.

Like I said I don't know what a good price to ask for is. Any suggestions?

M4A89GTD PRO USB 3
1090T AMD BLACK 3.8ghz with a hyper 212+ cooler.
Corsair Vengance series ram 1600mhz

Is what I would be selling.

I'd say $150 is a fare price. At least that is what I would ask. If I was selling this I would probably ask $150, but if it came down to it I would take $125. However, if you are going to a Z77 and i5, why not keep the RAM and CPU cooler?

It's for my friend. He's not very good with computers. So i figured I'd leave it OC and not let him worry about buying any new parts and just leave it together for him pretty much.
