Not sure if you are building a gaming rig or what? Could we get more details? Also, would you want/need a power supply?

I would do these things, but it ups the price a good $40+. Just wondering if there is anyway I can make it cheaper without limiting the power at all. And I'm not looking for a Graphics Card yet since it costs extra money. Just want to know if what I have listed already will work and if there is a way to get the same power for cheaper.
