Hello guyz, im really confused with these two cards. here in the philippines, the Sapphire hd 7870 oc ed is priced at 11999pesos. but i found the Powercolor hd 7950 priced same at 11999. so which one I should buy? 7870 that has 1ghz core clock or the 7950 that has lower core clock but has higher memory clock?

I would also like to know the difference between 256 bit gpu (on hd 7870) and 384 bit gpu (on 7950)

Thanks for the help guys.

There is not a big difference in performance between 256 vs 384 bit.
The biggest bottleneck would be 128 bit and lower.
I would get 7950 it has enough HP to run everything on 1080 no need to overclock...but if you feel the need you can always push it over 1000

If you can get a 7950 for the same price, then buy the 7950, then Overclock it if you are comfortable doing so.
