Will a Hyper 212 EVO do the job well if I wanted to OC an i5 3570k to 4.3 Ghz?
Will a 750w PSU be able to handle an OC'ed CPU and dual 670's?

Specs:
CPU: i5 3750k
GPU: 2 x GTX 670's
PSU: Silverstone Strider Plus 750W
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO
Case: Coolermaster HAF X
Mobo: Asrock z77 Extreme 4
