Crazy PC advice

Hi everyone,

I wanted to seek you guys advice on the PC that I'm planning to assemble. Please tell me if its a good configuration/needs any modification and ....
I will be using this machine for rendering/graphics + crazy gaming. Here it is:

CPU : Intel Core i7-3930K Hexa-Core Processor 3.2 Ghz 12 MB Cache LGA 2011 (3970X its just wast of money I think)
MB : AsRock Extreme 9 ( not sure if 11 much different)
Ram : Corsair Vengeance 64GB (8x8GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
Primary HDD: Intel 520 Series Solid-State Drive 480 GB SATA
secondary HDD : 4x Seagate Barracuda 7200 3 TB 7200RPM SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch( raid 1 ie mirror 2-2)
GPU: 2x EVGA GeForce GTX 680 2048MB GDDR5
case : Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced Full Tower
power: Corsair Professional Series AX 1200 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Gold
cpu cooler : Corsair Hydro Series H80

i can understand 16GB but i have never seen someone get 64GB hopefully you actually need it
