Any suggestions as to the best way to clear out a load of great laserdiscs
to a good home? I've got about 500 mixed PAL and NTSC titles, many boxed
sets/collectors editions, all well cared-for and mostly in additional
protective outer sleeves. Mostly blockbuster action/adventure, family,
comedy and Disney titles.
The trouble is I don't really have the time to sit down and
list/photograph/ebay every one if I'm only going to get a few pounds
(dollars) each. Anyone interested in job lots? I'm based in the UK so
shipping to the US would probably be prohibitively expensive.
I also have some VERY rare white label discs that were made as unit
production samples for film company approval before mass-production went
ahead. All PAL Encore Entertainment/Buena Vista/Disney titles. They are,
quite literally, “one offs” as only a maximum of two were ever made for any
given title.
Any suggestions (or offers?)

Don't try to sell them individually. Put together related lots, such
as all the Disney movies, all the sci-fi movies, all the chick flicks,
etc. I don't bid on individual discs on eBay.
I only buy batches of discs that interest me. When I get enough
duplicates or movies that don't interest me from those batches I put the
lot up on eBay and get rid of them myself.
